Is Food A Real Bad Breath Solution?

Is Food a Real Bad-Breath Solution?

Many nutritionists say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you are cursed with halitosis, they may be right!

Breakfast can not only give you energy to carry you forward throughout the day, it can also expel that horrible odor from your oral cavity. What happens is that when we snooze, our mouths become inactive, thereby allowing bacterium activity to go ballistic. This is why our breath smells oh-so loathsome in the morning. If your mate turns away when you try to give them the first kiss of the day, you need a real bad breath solution!

Declining breakfast leaves the stomach vacant and allows the occurrence of digestive halitosis or bad breath due to the work of the digestive enzymes. The natural juices or enzymes still carry on their duty of attempting to process food, even if the stomach is empty. This forces the lining of the stomach to give off a putrid stench. This is known as digestive halitosis, and usually is taken care of by at least getting something in the stomach, be it food or drink.

Controlling your food intake is just one way of controlling halitosis.
